All orders are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard packaging.
Orders placed before 5:00 pm are usually sent to you the same (working) day.
The delivery time of a product is clearly indicated for the items in the webshop. Of course we try to deliver as much as possible from stock, but it can of course
occur that a product is out of stock and has a longer delivery time.
We always deliver our products via DHL Parcel.
You receive a track & code for every order from us or from DHL, so that you can accurately follow your order
Orders are delivered on Monday to Saturday; Delivery on Sundays and public holidays is unfortunately not possible.
During busy periods, such as during the holidays, it may happen that your product is delivered later as planned or in the evening.
Pay attention! DHL determines the delivery route and delivery time.
We therefore have no influence on the exact time at which your order is delivered.

The shipping costs for returning products are for your account. We ask for your understanding. We will also settle the costs of packages sent to Vinylplace.eu
cash on delivery or unstamped with the amount that may be refunded. If you want Vinylplace.eu to have the order picked up by a carrier, we will deduct the
same handlingcosts from the purchase amount that we refund.
I have received a damaged or incorrect product
Although we do our very best, it can unfortunately happen that a product is damaged before or during delivery. If you have received a damaged product, please
contact our sales department via firstname.lastname@example.org. Then send a photo with the damage clearly visible and a photo of the shipping label, then we can help you
It also sometimes happens that you receive the wrong product. We naturally do everything we can to prevent these situations. In the case of a wrong product,
please contact our sales department, then the products will be exchanged quickly at your place!
