The shipping costs for returning products are for your account. We ask for your understanding. We will also settle the costs of packages sent to Vinylplace.eu cash on delivery or unstamped with the amount that may be refunded. If you want Vinylplace.eu to have the order picked up by a carrier, we will deduct the same handlingcosts from the purchase amount that we refund.
I have received a damaged or incorrect product
Although we do our very best, it can unfortunately happen that a product is damaged before or during delivery. If you have received a damaged product, please contact our sales department via sales@vinylplace.eu. Then send a photo with the damage clearly visible and a photo of the shipping label, then we can help you quickly!
