Darkspace

Darkspace is a Swiss black metal band, formed in 1999 in Bern. Their music is defined by atmospheric, minimalist black metal infused with heavy futuristic and cosmic themes. The members, known by the initials Wroth, Zhaaral, and Zorgh, maintain a focus on anonymity and mystery, and perform live only rarely. Their albums — titled with Roman numerals — take listeners on a dark voyage through the endless void of space. Darkspace is regarded as a pioneer within the niche genre of "cosmic black metal."
